Prior to joining Reformix, James held senior leadership roles in specialised industrial services, including as a  National Manager at a leading water management solutions provider, where he played a key role in operational strategy, innovation and client delivery across complex infrastructure, mining and construction sectors. 

Jarrad is a Project Engineer with several years of hands-on experience delivering large-scale geopolymer concrete solutions. He demonstrates strong capability in bridging technical and operational domains, with expertise spanning chemical and process engineering, material science and specification development.
