Geopolymer Materials

Geopolymer chemistry is our specialty. We transform industrial by-products into zero-cement geopolymer binders, concretes, and composites. Using precision mix design, material analytics, and life cycle assessments, we develop high-performance, low-carbon materials with superior acid and fire resistance, significantly reducing CO₂ emissions and promoting climate-friendly construction

Supplementary Cementitious Materials

We enhance Ordinary Portland Cement by incorporating industrial by-products, reducing costs, improving performance, and minimising environmental impact, in line with AS 3582 series standards, for more sustainable and efficient construction.

What Are Geopolymers?

Geopolymers are engineered materials synthesised from naturally occurring minerals and/or industrial by-products. Geopolymers are made via various chemical processes that bind together their material constituents, resulting in a robust and versatile substance. This unique chemical reaction, known collectively as geopolymerisation, creates a polymeric network that grants exceptional strength, durability, and resilience to the material. One of the major advantages of geopolymer materials, unlike conventional cements and binders, is the unique property to maximise waste material encapsulation; a feat that is virtually impossible at the same level with conventional cements.

Through meticulous control of raw materials and processing parameters, our experts craft geopolymer formulations that possess superior mechanical properties, high resistance to chemical attack, and excellent fire resistance within standards and specifications of conventional materials. These materials find applications across a spectrum of industries, ranging from construction and mining to manufacturing, owing to their exceptional performance and adaptability.
